The New Zealand Store

At the heart of Nanjing "Rotorua Town" a commercial hub features 800 meters of newly constructed retail space. A NZ store, scheduled to open in July 2008, will be a key attraction of this Commercial St.

The Commercial St will be marketed as a local Rotorua / New Zealand visitor attraction, servicing both local residents and internal Chinese tourist markets.

The NZ store will be stocked with only authentic NZ products. Sustainability is a key marketing platform and will form the basis of the design and branding brief for both the store design and also the products. All New Zealand products will be exclusively supplied to Moon Building Company retail store via NZ China Direct Ltd.

This store opening is planned for July 2008. 

The initial store stocking merino apparel will be around 60m2 of retail space. As more products are introduced, the store area will be expanded to accommodate these. It is located in building 1 (see photo opposite)
