elegance. Matured for 12 months in French oak this powerful and

wine is a perfect match with matured brie, poultry and Burgundian style

years. Waitiri Creek - Pinot Noir 2006 Central OtagoProduced from handpicked grapes in Central Otago. The aromatics display complex notes of vanillin, cherry and plum. In the mouth the palate has good weight and flavours of bramble and cassis supported by an integrated backbone of oak, spice and tannin. Drummer - Pinot Noir 2006 Central OtagoThis wine is full and vibrant on the nose with complex aromas of
cherry, plum chocolate and earthiness leading onto a rich mid-plate of
mocha, red berry-fruit and tamarillo. The ripe mouthful of
sweet-savoury fruit is elegantly supported by an integrated backbone of
